I lead a group of social scientists and designers in the R&D organization of a major technology corp. There my work is very much about making the case for social research and design in R&D, for explaining why and how it's relevant and for framing how it should evolve. I write to analyse, to convince people, to translate, to encourage, to champion, to provoke.
